Tiphanie Forst is a federal healthcare IT executive with 23 years of clinical, pharmaceutical, and healthcare IT expertise. Her primary focus for the past 19 years has been on Military Health System modernization, IT transformations, and business optimization.
She played an integral role in winning the two largest Federal healthcare contracts with the DOD and VA, DHMSM MHS GENESIS ($6 billion) and Office of Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM, $10 billion), respectively, and has positioned Clients for several other multi-million and billion dollar programs with the DOD, DHA, VA, Indian Health, and Operational Medicine.
As Senior Vice President with SeKON, Ms. Forst was responsible for growth and strategic initiatives, leading business development, capture, and proposal activities for Military Health-related agencies.
As VP of Business Development with Acuity International (formerly Caliburn/Comprehensive Health Services, Inc.), she drove commercial and Federal Health initiatives related to military medical health readiness and disaster relief services for the DoD, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), USPS, TSA, and the Federal Emergency Management Systems (FEMA).
